Marriott Hotels and Sunstone Hotel Investors have opened Marriott Long Beach Downtown in California, US.

The new urban waterfront property offers 376 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, and a deck with views of the city and ocean.

It features a Greatroom lobby for socialising and work, an exercise facility and a meeting area.

Dining options at the 12-storey hotel include the on-site restaurant Local Current, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Market, a 24-hour hub in the lobby, offers coffee, pastries, and sandwiches.  

The hotel also features the brand’s signature, M Club, providing an exclusive space for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite members and paying guests to relax.
