New York-based hotel owner-operator MCR has acquired three hotels totalling 384 rooms, in Florida, US.
These hotels, a Hampton Inn by Hilton, a Courtyard by Marriott and a Hyatt Place, are located in Orlando and Daytona Beach, which are among the fastest-growing markets in Florida.
The 169-room Hyatt Place in Orlando/Lake Buena Vista is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios.
The 111-room Hampton Inn in Daytona Shores offers direct beach access and is close to dining and golfing options, as well as Daytona International Speedway.
The 104-room Courtyard Marriott in DeLand Historic Downtown is situated near Stetson University and local attractions, such as SkyDive DeLand and Downtown DeLand.
Each hotel offers various amenities such as restaurants, pools, fitness centres, meeting spaces and free Wi-Fi.
