Global asset-management company MDJM has completed the acquisition and renovation of the Robin Hill Hotel and Fernie Castle in the UK, as part of its globalisation strategy.
The company stated that both properties were acquired and renovated with their own cultural value and historical heritage.

This represents the completion of the first phase of the company’s repositioning and upgrade.
Situated in 17 acres of woodlands in Fife, Scotland, Fernie Castle features a turret, a private lake, an ancient ice-house, and a treehouse.
Perched on top of six towering sycamore trees, the treehouse includes a bedroom and a light-festooned balcony.
MDJM stated that the castle is now open to host weddings of up to 180 guests following the renovation.
