Hyatt Hotels’ affiliate has reached a franchise agreement with a subsidiary of the Lindner Hotel Group for the debut of Me and All Hotel Flims in Switzerland.
This marks the fifth Hyatt-branded hotel in Switzerland and the first outside Germany since its inclusion in Hyatt’s global Lifestyle portfolio. The hotel offers 73 keys, including 47 guest rooms and 26 apartments.
Situated in the Grisons Alps, Me and All Hotel Flims provides a backdrop for leisure travellers and a location for corporate retreats and events.
The hotel is situated near the Flims-Laax-Falera resort, a ski destination boasting 136 miles of slopes and 205 miles of bike trails.
Conveniently accessible by rail and road, the property is within easy reach of Zurich and Zurich Airport.

Known for its lean operating model, the brand currently operates six properties in Germany and is recognised for its public areas and flexible design.
Lindner Hotel Group supervisory board chairman Jörg Lindner said: “Our ambition has always been to see Me and All Hotels beyond Germany’s borders, and we’re thrilled that the brand’s first hotel to open since joining Hyatt will debut in Switzerland.”
Hyatt Northern Europe development regional vice-president Briana Swift said: “Switzerland is a natural market for the Me and All Hotel brand’s debut beyond Germany, and we remain committed to exploring opportunities to expand the brand across the wider DACH region and greater Europe.”
Lindner Hotel Group’s latest offering will feature a variety of culinary experiences, blending Swiss, Mediterranean, Lebanese, and Japanese flavours, with a commitment to sustainability and local sourcing. The hotel aims to highlight the artisans of Alpine cuisine.
Guests can look forward to communal spaces, a sun deck with views of the Alpine peaks, and après-ski activities including DJ sets and masterclasses.
The in-house cinema serves as a versatile space for movie screenings, events, and meetings, equipped with technology.
The spa and fitness area, encompassing over 9,149ft², complements the hotel’s 1,442ft² of flexible meeting and conference spaces.
These include dedicated meeting rooms and multi-functional screening rooms, catering to a variety of events and business needs.
