This digital transformation has streamlined operations and improved guest experiences, addressing prior connectivity issues that disrupted operations.

The adoption of Mews has enabled Ternelia Les Grands Massifs to automate processes and enhance departmental communication.

This has led to a 24% online check-in rate, reducing on-site queues, and allowing staff to engage more with guests.

The user-friendly Mews Booking Engine facilitated 26% of guests upgrading their stay during online check-in, generating additional revenue.
