The newly opened property is part of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group’s (SDG) vision for an international coastal resort in the region.

Additionally, the property has a 1,056m², 8.8m-high pillarless MGM Grand Ballroom, as well as additional venues named Baikal Lake and Poseidon.
