Thailand-based hotel owner Minor Hotels has revealed plans to launch new-build NH Feira de Santana hotel in the state of Bahia, Brazil.
With the opening slated for next month, the hotel will be the first NH Hotel in the Northeast region and the second in Brazil.
It is located inside the city’s 31-storey mixed-use complex, ‘Charmant’ building, a project by architect Ivan Smartchevsky.
Hotel décor has been designed by Bahian architect Sidney Quintela and NH Feira de Santana features 201 rooms equipped with several amenities, including suites for guests with disabilities.
The hotel also provides facilities such as meeting areas, a gym, laundry service, parking, a dedicated children’s area and a leisure centre for business and vacation stays.
It also features SEEN by Olivier, a restaurant and bar brand located on the top floor of the hotel.
