Global hospitality group Minor Hotels has signed a management agreement with the Boulevard Hotel Company for a new hotel in central Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, as part of its strategy to cross-develop its brands globally.

The signing will introduce Minor Hotels’ NH Hotels & Resorts brand in Bangkok. It will be the second NH property in Thailand after the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort, located in the south.

Minor Hotels will rebrand the 309-key property as NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard in the fourth quarter of 2024. In the interim, the hotel will operate as the Boulevard Hotel Bangkok under Minor Hotels’ management.

The property recently completed extensive renovations of its guest rooms, lobby, restaurant and pool areas.

The newly designed rooms include a mix of lead-in and deluxe rooms and suites across two wings.

Amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, meeting facilities, a fitness centre and a large outdoor swimming pool.

Just off Sukhumvit Road, the property is located 200m from the BTS SkyTrain public transportation system and a 30-minute drive from Bangkok’s main airport, Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK).

Minor Hotels CEO Dillip Rajakarier commented: “NH will be the third brand we will introduce to Bangkok, joining Anantara and Avani, providing visitors to the world’s most visited city with another way to stay with Minor Hotels.”

Minor Hotels announced the rebranding of NH Hotel Group to Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in April 2024. The company operates more than 230 NH properties globally.
