UAE-based real estate developer Nakheel, along with Excelsior Real Estate, has launched a new luxury waterfront development – Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences, the first luxury hotel and residential development on Dubai Islands, on the northern coast of Dubai.
Nakheel noted that the Rixos Hotel & Residences will provide the same level of service and amenities that are found at Rixos resorts worldwide. These include infinity pools, a fitness centre, hotel-style lobbies with drop-off facilities, communal residential lounges and a spa.
Nakheel also said that the new development is set back in a secluded cove on the islands and provides direct access to a 700m beach.
The residences at Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences will be comprised of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with terraces.
It will also include ten luxury villas, four-bedroom duplexes with private pools and beach houses with their own terraces and gardens.
Nakheel chief commercial officer Rasha Hasan said: “At Nakheel, we are committed to redefining waterfront living in Dubai and we are delighted to be launching Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences, a project which will enhance the lives of citizens, residents and visitors of Dubai.
