Full-service hospitality management company Davidson Hotels & Resorts has been selected to operate two hotels in downtown Peoria, Illinois, US.
The addition of the two hotels supports expansion of the management company’s presence in Midwestern.

The company was contracted by National Real Estate Advisors to manage the hotels, Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette and Courtyard by Marriott Peoria Downtown.
National president and CEO Jeffrey Kanne said: “Based on our current experience with Davidson, we are confident that the team will have a palpable impact on the financial success of both properties and the future is bright.”
The 286-room full-service Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette features 35 luxury suites and more than 18,000ft2 meeting space.
It also has dining outlets, an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, and 24-hour fitness centre and business centre.

On the other hand, Courtyard by Marriott Peoria Downtown is a 116-room hotel that features a 24-hour fitness centre, indoor lap pool, and The Bistro onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner service.
Both the hotels are located nearby Caterpillar World Headquarters and are connected via skywalk to the Peoria Civic Center.
