Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is expanding its presence in India with the signing of three new hotels in the north, south and western parts of the country.
One of the three hotels will be Radisson Blu Kochi Elamkulam, the brand’s first hotel in Kerala, which is set to open this December.
The 150-room hotel will feature 1,500m² of meeting facilities and will provide modern day amenities to its guests. The hotel will be located in close proximity to the city center, Kochi Infopark, Special Economic Zone and Smartcity Kochi.
Carlson Rezidor will also be opening the 158-room Radisson Resort Mahabaleshwar in the first quarter of 2019.
Located 1,438m above sea level in the Sahayadri ranges, Radisson Resort Mahabaleshwar will feature 600m² of meeting space, 1,100m² of open lawns, a spa, swimming pool and a tennis court.

Owned by X Nine Developers, Radisson Gurgaon Sohna Road in Gurgaon will feature 119 rooms and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018.
It will also feature 1,444m² of meeting space, spa facilities and an outdoor pool.
The hotel will be located in proximity to major commercial and residential areas, a leisure hub, sports hub, and can be easily accessed by major roadways serving Gurgaon and is served by Indira Gandhi International Airport.
