DoubleTree by Hilton has launched a new property in Langfang, Hebei Province, China, the brand’s eighth in the country.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Langfang has 295 guestrooms, including 21 suites that feature a mix of contemporary style and luxurious comfort.
Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, a high-tech gym equipped with cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and an aerobic studio.
DoubleTree by Hilton global head Rob Palleschi said that the new hotel is a testament to the strong demand and increasing affinity for international, upscale, full-service brands in China.
"It is an exciting time for the DoubleTree by Hilton brand, with a development pipeline that will see more than 30 DoubleTree by Hilton hotels and resorts opening in key city centres and leisure destinations across China during the next few years," said Palleschi.
The new property, which is owned by The Wanda Group and managed by Hilton Worldwide, has 1,600m2 of meeting and banquet space, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,000 people, five function rooms and a boardroom.
The hotel’s six signature restaurants and lounges offer a variety of dining and entertainment options: The China Club serves regional Chinese cuisine, teas and alcoholic drinks in the main dining room, and has seven private dining rooms.
Red offers Cantonese food, while Senses serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, an international buffet and a la carte selections that span Chinese and contemporary Western cuisines.
The hotel’s wine and cigar lounge, The Library, offers a menu of global wines, premium spirits, classic cocktails and Cuban cigars.
