DoubleTree by Hilton has expanded its footprint in California with the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Newark-Fremont.
The 315-room property is located just off Interstate 880 in the East Bay / Silicon Valley area in between Oakland and San Jose.

The hotel is owned by SM Broadway Corporation and managed by Hotel Managers Group.
DoubleTree by Hilton Newark-Fremont features a 24hr business centre, fully-equipped 24hr fitness centre with the latest cardio and strength machines, outdoor pool, whirlpool spa and spacious sundeck.
The property also features the Ginger Bar & Grill restaurant, which serves a fusion of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine inspired by recipes from the Tuscan coast.
The hotel offers 14,600ft² of meeting and event space, including a 5,000ft² ballroom, 15 meeting rooms and a Hospitality Suite.
