
Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos (HRI) has unveiled its first European property, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, in Spain as part of its plans to expand its global footprint.
The hotel offers more than 490 rooms, 235 suites and features various amenities, such as the Rock Spa, Body Rock workout facility, 8,600ft² of meeting space, music memorabilia, and the Rock Shop featuring classic hard rock merchandise.
The hotel also includes dining and entertainment venues, such as a lobby bar, kids club, teen venue and beach club.
Guests can also enjoy private swim-out pools for speciality suites, in addition to two pools enhanced with bars, private cabanas and poolside service.
Hard Rock International chief marketing officer John Galloway said: "The opening of our first European hotel in Ibiza – a location perfect for Hard Rock Hotels – is a great accomplishment and we look forward to enhancing the destination’s celebrated music scene and nightlife through our iconic vibe and entertainment."
The brand is further looking to open new Hard Rock hotels in Daytona Beach, Aruba, Abu Dhabi, and Shenzhen and Haikou in China.
Hard Rock, known for its collectible fashion and music-related merchandise, owns, operates and franchises cafes in cities including London, New York, San Francisco, Sydney and Dubai.
Presently, HRI operates a total of 181 venues in 55 countries, including 140 cafes, 20 hotels and nine casinos.
