Los Angeles based real estate investment company Laurus Corporation has completed significant upgrades of the Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia / Fort Washington.
As part of to upgrades, all the 146 guestrooms were redesigned to meet the requirements of modern day business travellers.
The six-storey upscale hotel is located 15 miles north of downtown Philadelphia, along the Pennsylvania Turnpike business corridor.
According to Laurus, the rooms in the hotel are now the largest available in the market. The updates include new carpets, modern furniture and fixtures, new beds, as well as artwork and improved lighting.
The investment company also upgraded the lobby and meeting space totaling 3,350ft². Enhancements were also made to courtyard, which now includes new seating areas and an outdoor fire pit. The courtyard can now be used for small and large-scale meetings and events, said the company.
The hotel features two eateries, The Great American Grill and The Pavilion Lounge, as well as an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and business centre.
