US-based hotel owner-operator MCR Development has completed renovations at four of its properties in Texas, which are Residence Inn Temple, Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi, TownePlace Suites Odessa and Residence Inn Abilene.
All four properties are near to major traffic arteries, airports and local attractions.
The renovated Residence Inn Temple features a modernised lounge area equipped with an HDTV, a 12-person communal table in the lobby and a newly remodelled business centre. Its fitness centre has been replaced with new exercise equipment and free weights. The 103 guestrooms at the property features new bedding and frames, lighting, desks, sleeper-sofas and full-size refrigerators.
The 119-room Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi features an expanded bar, and more private seating areas with all new furniture, as well as guestrooms with new bedding, sleeper sofas and décor. All bathrooms at the property were upgraded with new light fixtures, while a new deck surrounds the hotel’s swimming pool.
MCR has added seating areas with all new furniture at the lobby of the TownePlace Suites Odessa. It also features modernised business centre with new computers and an electronics charging station. The property’s 108 guestrooms have been updated with expanded closet space pull-out sofas, new artwork and lighting upgrades.
In addition, new furniture has been added to the pool/patio area, and new equipment to the fitness centre.
