Starwood Hotels & Resorts has collaborated with real estate developer Dubai Properties to open four new hotels in Dubai by 2018.
The properties will be introduced under the Aloft and Element brand. Three properties under the Aloft brands will include Aloft Dubai Dubiotech, Aloft Dubai Studio City and Aloft Dubai IMPZ, while Element Dubai IMPZ is the only one that will be under Element brand.
With a total of 816 rooms, the hotels are expected to expand the position of Dubai Properties within the hospitality sector. The Aloft branded hotels feature W XYZ Bar, re:fuel by Aloft, and fitness centre re:charge, along with an outdoor splash pool.
The Aloft Dubai Dubiotech, a 227-room hotel, will be located in the world’s first free zone area dedicated to the life science industry.
The Aloft Dubai Studio City will be a part of Dubai Media City and will feature 200 guests rooms, meeting space of up to 120m² and Aloft’s signature brand elements.
The 221-room Aloft Dubai IMPZ is located at International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) and will serve as a hub for the art, printing, publishing and media production businesses in the area.

By GlobalDataElement brand’s Dubai IMPZ will feature 168 studio accommodations and double rooms and is being designed to cater to the healthy and active traveller, as it will provide guests with RISE breakfast and RELAX evening reception, spacious fitness centres and swimming pools.
