Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has expanded its presence in Brazil by opening its eighth property, Sheraton Reserva do Paiva Hotel and Convention Center, in Recife.
Sheraton Reserva do Paiva is developed by the Portuguese group Promovalor and Brazilian group Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias under a long-term management contract with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.
The hotel features 298 rooms, 18 club suites and one of the largest presidential suites in the region with 1,300ft².
It also houses the 6,500ft² Sheraton Shine Spa, the brand’s signature Sheraton Fitness gym with more than 1,300ft² of work-out space and an exclusive Sheraton Club Lounge on the top floor with ocean views, as well as two restaurants.
Sheraton Reserva do Paiva will also feature a beach club, which will include a spacious lounge area, with cabanas where visitors can relax and soak in the sun, a large swimming pool with stunning views and beach access.
