Xenia Hotels & Resorts (XHR) has added Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston, an Autograph Collection hotel located in the district of Charleston, South Carolina, US, to its portfolio of operating hotels.
Surrounded by local landmarks, shopping and dining, the 50-room luxury boutique hotel features diverse offerings including 3,000ft² of meeting / event space, a fitness centre, as well an on-site Grand Bohemian Gallery.
Additional amenities include a wine tasting room with a unique wine-blending experience, a specialty coffee shop, a rooftop restaurant, Eleve, and terrace providing beautiful views of the city.
Developed by a joint venture between Kessler Meeting Street and Xenia as majority owner, the property will be managed by Kessler Collection Management.
