Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is set to debut its NH Collection Hotels & Resorts brand in Italy with the NH Collection Alagna Mirtillo Rosso hotel.
Slated to open in March 2025, the four-star property located in the Pennine Alps will undergo extensive renovations before welcoming guests under its new identity.
Minor Hotels CEO Dillip Rajakarier said: “We are very pleased to announce that such a special property, in the heart of the Alps, will become part of our portfolio, in a country as important to us as Italy, the European country with the second largest number of Minor Hotels properties.”
Situated in Alagna Valsesia, NH Collection Alagna Mirtillo Rosso offers easy access to the Monte Rosa Ski area. It boasts 56 guest rooms and features wellness facilities.
The hotel is positioned near the Alagna cable car, providing skiers with 150km of slopes that span across the Valsesia, Gressoney, and Champoluc Valleys.
An adult-only spa area of 300m² includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a salt flotation pool, a whirlpool, two saunas, a Turkish bath, experiential showers, and four treatment rooms. A separate 400m² family-friendly area also offers an indoor and outdoor pool.
