Noble Investment Group has purchased ten WoodSpring Suites hotels that are located in the southeastern US.
To improve market positioning and expedite the performance of the hotels, the real estate investment management company plans to make physical improvements across the portfolio.
The WoodSpring Suites hotels portfolio is located in markets throughout Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee.
The apartment-like hotels cater to travelling health professionals, relocations and government workers, as well as businesses that are related to infrastructure projects.
Noble Investment Group managing principal and chief investment officer Ben Brunt said: “Noble has acquired 48 hotels over the past two years and we continue to add substantial scale to our extended-stay travel and hospitality platform.”
WoodSpring Suites extended stay hotels offer amenities such as free basic WiFi and 24/7 access to on-site laundry facilities and vending machines.

WoodSpring Suites is now part of the Choice Hotels family and guests will be able to earn and use Choice Privileges points at more than 250 locations across the country.
In January last year, Noble expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District and Holiday Inn Express Savannah Historic District hotels in Georgia, US.
The properties are located on East Bay Street near several tourist destinations.
