Nobu Hospitality is expanding its presence in Europe with its first hotel and restaurant in Greece set to open on the island of Santorini.
The global lifestyle brand was founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper.
Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini is a ten-minute drive to Oia, a coastal town, and 20 minutes from Santorini (Thira) International Airport.
Nobu Hospitality chief executive officer Trevor Horwell said: “Santorini is one of the most highly regarded destinations in the world with its rare beauty, famed for its distinctive cuisine, whitewashed architecture set with a backdrop of steep cliffs, and dramatic sunsets lighting the sea and sky.
“We look forward to inviting locals and international travellers alike to experience the Nobu lifestyle in this special destination.”
Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini features five luxurious pool villas, dual-level infinity pool, full-service spa, fitness facility, and a signature Nobu Restaurant.

Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini is the brand’s 26th hotel across the globe.
The company has reached a long-term agreement with MonteRock International (MRI) for the management of the boutique hotel.
