The hotel, located within the Caesars Tower, offers a blend of contemporary luxury and Japanese elegance across its 54 guest rooms and suites. It is Nobu’s third collaboration with American hotel and casino entertainment company Caesars Entertainment.
Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans aims to provide guests with easy access to the French Quarter and views of the riverfront.

In addition to accommodation, the on-site restaurant showcases Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s renowned Japanese dishes, infused with local flavours and a New Orleans twist. Signature offerings include black cod miso and rock shrimp tempura.
The hotel also boasts a casino featuring 120 table games, 1,300 slot machines, and a 115,000ft² gaming floor.
The launch of Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans comes several months after the initial announcement, marking a milestone in Caesars’ redevelopment of Harrah’s New Orleans.
