South Korean hospitality tech company ONDA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Turkish hospitality company CMH Solutions to expedite the digital transformation in the Turkish hotel sector, Business Korea reports.
Under the terms of the deal, ONDA will be responsible for providing its cloud-based hotel management solution to hotels in Türkiye.
ONDA CEO Hyun-seok Oh said “Turkiye has long been a hub connecting Europe and Asia, with abundant tourism resources and great potential for development.
“We will continue to work closely with our best partner, CMH Solutions, to achieve significant results.”
Initially, the South Korean company will offer its software as a service (SaaS)-based hotel management solution to CMH Solutions’ newly opened hotels this year.
It also intends to expand the offering to wide a range of hotels that are operated by CMH Solutions in the future.

Additionally, both companies will offer “innovative” hospitality solutions to hotels in tourist locations and major cities of Türkiye.
CMH Solutions CEO Mustafa Celepoglu said: “With the new superior technologies and high-end hotel brand of ONDA, it will accelerate the development of tourism in Türkiye.
