ONYX Hospitality Group has completed the key handover ceremony for Amari Colombo, its new property in Sri Lanka.

This event marks the property’s transition to ONYX Hospitality Group.

Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024, Amari Colombo will offer 167 rooms.

The hotel will introduce new dining experiences to Sri Lanka, including Ahara Thai Seafood, which will serve fresh Thai seafood; and Prego, an ONYX brand, making its debut in the country.

It will also feature a variety of bars and lounges.

ONYX Hospitality Group senior vice president and operations head Harold Enrique Olaya Leon said: “At ONYX Hospitality Group, we are dedicated to enhancing our brand standards and delivering exceptional service to create unforgettable guest experiences.
