Oravel Stays, the parent company of OYO, has announced an ambitious plan to expand its premium hotel portfolio under the Palette brand, with 12 new properties set to launch this year.
The initiative begins with a new opening in Morbi, Gujarat, a region known for its booming ceramics industry.
The Palette brand, which runs on a “self-operated” model similar to OYO’s hotels, offers a cost-effective expansion strategy for Oravel Stays.
Under a pilot programme last year, Oravel Stays launched ten Palette hotels in cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The Palette brand is expected to deliver an enhanced guest experience through direct operational control.
This marks a revival of the self-operated model that Oravel Stays had paused in 2020.
