Orchard Hotel Singapore, a flagship property of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, has deployed Aiello’s Voice artificial intelligence (AI) technology, Aiello Voice Assistant (AVA). 

The latest move marks the technology’s first introduction to the Singapore hospitality market.  

This AI-powered device is expected to provide a seamless connection with hotel staff and offer data-driven insights to improve customer service and operational efficiency. 

The hotel has replaced traditional telephone handsets with AVA, allowing guests to have a hands-free experience throughout their stay.  

AVA acts as an in-room assistant by responding to voice commands and enables guests to effortlessly communicate with the front desk or connect with other rooms.

The Orchard Hotel Singapore features 656 rooms and suites across twin buildings. 

It also offers dining options such as The Orchard Café, Bar Intermezzo, and the Hua Ting Restaurant.  

Among the other amenities provided at the property are 11 event venues, a 25 metre outdoor pool, and a fitness studio among others. 

In March 2024, Thailand-based hotel M Social Phuket integrated AVA into its operations.
