Hotel chain and management company OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels has unveiled plans to acquire Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa in Hawaii, the US.

The 25-acre beachfront resort is situated in Līhu‘e on the Garden Island of Kaua‘i.

It features 350 guestrooms, four pools, the Hawaiian Rainforest Spa and Hair Salon, a fitness centre, and pool volleyball.

Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa also includes three food and beverage venues, including Naupaka Terrace, Shutters Lounge and Driftwood Bar

A business centre with 25,000ft² of meeting and event space are also included.

The company expects the deal to conclude on 22 August 2023, marking the seventh acquisition it made in Hawaii, Thailand, and the Maldives in the last two years.

Last month, the company announced plans to acquire the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel located on the Island of Maui, Hawaii.
