HolidayHero’s guest experience platform offers a suite of tools, from pre-arrival communications to post-departure follow-ups.  

This enables property managers to foster deeper connections with guests by providing a digital extension of their brand. 

The collaboration introduces a guest app designed to serve as a digital extension of OVO Network’s brand. 

It provides a user-friendly interface that allows guests to access property details, curated local recommendations, and personalised services.

This integration streamlines OVO Network’s operational processes and creates a cohesive brand experience for guests. 

With more than 200 properties in its portfolio, OVO Network is leveraging the HolidayHero platform to create tailored guest apps for each chalet.  

This is expected to maintain the distinctiveness of each property while driving direct bookings and fostering guest loyalty.
