US-based real estate investors and developers Oxford Capital Group and Quadrum Global have partnered to debut Arlo Hotels in Chicago.

With the opening on 11 April, this independent and experience-driven hotel will be the brand’s sixth hotel to open in the US, reported Urban Matter.

The hotel features 218 rooms with modern furnishings and other amenities. US-based interior designer firm Gettys Group designed the guest rooms and hallways of the property.

Guests can enjoy the views of Lake Michigan, Millennium Park, and Chicago Bean from Millennium King rooms of this property on the top five floors.

About Last Knife, Arlo Chicago’s on-site restaurant, blends the tastes of a steakhouse with the gastropub to provide American cuisine and offers an suitable location to relax.

Chicago architect Benjamin Marshall had originally designed the building, which was later put through a more than $75m Hirsch Associates-led renovation programme in 2018.
