Sonnenblick-Eichner Company has facilitated a joint venture equity investment by Noble House Hotels & Resorts into the Pacific City Lodging Portfolio in Pacific City, Oregon, US.
The portfolio includes a collection of oceanfront resort properties such as Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, the Inn at Cape Kiwanda, Hart’s Camp, and the Cape Kiwanda RV Park.
The investment by Noble House, a hospitality owner and operator based in Kirkland, Washington, has provided the existing owners the opportunity to capitalise on the equity built up in the portfolio.
Sonnenblick-Eichner Company principal Patrick Brown said: “We were engaged to find a buyer for the entire portfolio, but ultimately a strategic investment for the partnership gave our client the opportunity to realise future growth in the portfolio, which was a more favourable transaction for them to execute.”
The Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa has 33 oceanfront guestrooms, all with balconies that offer views of the Pacific Ocean and Haystack Rock.
The Inn at Cape Kiwanda provides 35 guestrooms and suites, each with unobstructed ocean vistas.
