The Park Hyatt Toronto Hotel in Canada has announced the launch of a holiday cottage pop-up concept to offer guests a range of winter activities.
The Holiday Bothy will be available from Thursday to Sunday for a limited time from 24 November 2023 to 1 January 2024.
The concept was inspired by traditional ‘bothys’ found in remote mountainous regions across Europe.
Park Hyatt’s Holiday Bothy aims to offer guests comfort and connection, similar to the remote shelters for explorers.
It includes nightly DJ sessions and signature drinks crafted in collaboration with Glenfiddich, alongside dishes by executive sous chef Jonathan Williams.
Park Hyatt Toronto sales and marketing director Jason Bossenberry said: “We have created an exceptionally inviting space that just feels warm and festive. We also have some incredible partners lined up we’re excited to feature over the duration of the pop-up.
