Peachtree Group’s hospitality management division has been selected to operate the Merrill Hotel, Muscatine, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Iowa, US.
This property was opened in March 2018 along the Mississippi River in downtown Muscatine.
The Merrill Hotel features 122 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and 13,000ft² of flexible meeting and event space.
It includes an outdoor terrace, a heated indoor saltwater pool, and a fitness centre.
In addition, it is situated near local restaurants and shops as well as cities, including Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa, as well as Rock Island and Moline/East Moline in Illinois.

Peachtree Group’s hospitality management division specialises in operating premium-branded hotels across various segments, including upper-midscale and upscale.
In 2021, the company announced the opening of two hotels in Florida, US.
The hotels comprise the dual-flag Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown and Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown.
With the addition of the Merrill Hotel, Peachtree Group now manages 91 hotels, comprising 27 brands and 11,180 rooms across 23 states.
This latest addition also increases the company’s third-party operations to 28 hotels.
