Pendry Hotels and Resorts has announced the development plans of Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados, scheduled to open in 2026.

Pendry Hotels and Resorts will remodel the current Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina and Residences in St. Peter. The company will work with architect Robert Glazier and a US-based private investment and development team to build a new beachside resort and residences.

Pendry Barbados will feature nearly 74 oceanfront guest rooms, suites and 46 private Pendry Residences.

Guests and residents will have access to resort amenities such as a 111-berth marina and several dining options, including a destination restaurant, beach club bar and grille, bar, lobby lounge and pool bar.

In addition, the hotel will feature Spa Pendry, with seven treatment rooms, a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor meetings and event space as well as recreation and family-centric areas such as Pendry’s Pinwheel Kids Club and Compass Sports.

The resort will provide membership to a private marina club in Port Ferdinand, with various yacht berth sizes.

Additional amenities include dockside boat storage and separate individual vessel services that offer sailing and boating experience, including personalised access to onboard provisioning, dining, housekeeping and assistance with family trip planning.
