Independent hospitality management firm PM Hotel Group has added Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel near downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to its portfolio of managed hotels.
Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel is located just ten miles away from Chocolate World and Hersheypark attractions in Hershey, Pennsylvania, US.
The Marriott-affiliated property features 347 rooms, 15,000ft2 of meeting and event space, an on-site fitness centre, restaurant, and pub.
PM Hotel Group’s capex team and Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel will immediately start a multi-million-dollar renovation at the property.
The project, which covers all the building’s areas, will help restore its position as the full-service hotel in the market.
PM Hotel Group president Joseph Bojanowski said: “We know and love the refreshed Sheraton brand ethos, creating spaces where we welcome guests as part of our community. Travelers and local want to connect, they want to gather and enjoy a sense of community.
