The Postcard Hotel has announced plans to introduce a new hotel in the Indian state of Rajasthan in 2024, as reported by The Economic Times.

The Postcard Hotel founder and CEO Kapil Chopra said that the property’s room rates will start at Rs195,000 ($2,342.27) per night, excluding taxes, which will make them the ‘most expensive hotel’ in the country.

Located in Ranthambore, the hotel will boast 14 guest rooms spanning 1,950ft², with each room featuring private heated pools.

It will be designed by Luxury Frontiers’ architect Luca Franco.

In addition to this hotel, the chain plans to unveil seven more hotels next year in different destinations in the country, including Tirupati, Kanha Tiger Reserve, Goa, Mashobra and the Himalayas.

The hotel chain aims to have $1bn in assets under management within the next three years.

Chopra added that the company plans to introduce a new Postcard hotel every quarter for the next seven years, thereby ensuring a constant collection of new options for guests.

The Postcard Hotel includes a portfolio of luxury hotels situated in vacation destinations both in India and around the world, with each property offering several amenities.

Later this year, the company is scheduled to open a luxury hotel situated within a tea estate, a project that is being supported by government subsidies and reduced-interest loans.

In June this year, The Postcard Hotel also teamed with Singapore Airlines to offer a rewarding experience to KrisFlyer members.
