Profitroom, a hotel reservation system provider, has announced an updated integration to its booking engine with payment service provider Trust Payments.
This collaboration introduces an improved payment gateway integration that equips hoteliers with payment insights.
The technological upgrade is set to meet the demands of modern travellers and aims to minimise barriers that could lead to cart abandonment.
Profitroom UK director Patryk Luszcz said: “As experts in hospitality, we know this upgraded payment gateway with Trust Payments will not only save our clients’ time but also prioritise the safety and safeguarding of their businesses transitions as standard.
“We understand the time pressures that hoteliers are under and in a highly competitive market, it is essential we provide clear data to hoteliers so that they can continuously maximise profits and stay ahead of the competition with data-driven decisions.”
With the enhancements, hoteliers will now be able to offer an expanded range of payment options, supporting more than 100 currencies and including mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
