PTM Partners has partnered with DoveHill for the launch of Moxy St Pete in Florida, US, with Wurzak Hotel Group managing the hotel and serving as the co-developer. 

This new hotel is part of the EDGE Collective, a 500,000ft² mixed-use development.

Located on Central Avenue, Moxy St Pete is a newly constructed property with its design by Storyn Studio for Architecture.

Phase I of the development includes the opening of Moxy St Pete and the renovation of the 1246 Central Avenue building.

Phase II will introduce a 200ft tower offering around 350 luxury multifamily rentals, with amenities.

The hotel features 163 guest rooms and suites, some of which offer balconies. 

Later this year, the hotel will open a 4,000ft² rooftop bar and lounge.

The lobby is designed to cater to both work and leisure, with various spaces, including Bar Moxy, which serves a range of beverages and light meals; and Rose’s Coffee Bar, a café offering a selection of coffee and snacks.

This marks the second location for Rose’s Coffee Bar.

Additional facilities at Moxy St. Pete include a podcast studio, 1,000ft2 of meeting space with shuffleboard flooring, and a 24/7 fitness centre on the sixth floor.  

The seventh floor hosts a pool area with cabanas and Sip ‘n Dip, an open-air bar.
