Indian real estate developer Pushpam Group has collaborated with Tripvillas for the Balibaug resort at Alibaug in Maharashtra.

Under the collaboration, Tripvillas will be exclusively responsible for the management of the resort and community.

The company will also manage the overall hospitality, landscaping, security and rentals, along with common amenities such as the banqueting activities, the spa and the clubhouse.

Located in the Konkan’s coastal town of Alibaug, the Balibaug resort’s design is inspired by Bali’s temples and palace architecture.

It will feature two and three-BHK luxury villas and suites with a private pool and gardens, international standard interiors, terrace Jacuzzis, open showers, decorative crowns, sloping roofs, along with other Balinese elements.

The resort will also feature more than 20 amenities, including a banquet hall, a gym, three restaurants and a party lawn.

Pushpam Group managing director Sachin Chopda said: “We believe that Tripvillas is an ideal partner for our project. Their expertise in resort management will complement our offerings and improve the property’s overall equity for the community and investors.”

The Balibaug resort is a 90-minute drive from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and two-three hours from Mumbai.

Tripvillas founder and managing director Roshan D’Silva said: “Alibaug as a tourist destination is already very popular with Mumbaikars and will soon be on the international tourist map of the world.

“With developing infrastructure and improved connectivity, we can expect well-heeled tourists from Mumbai and across the globe to head towards the Balinese beach villas of Balibaug very soon.”
