Radisson Blu, an upper upscale brand by hospitality group Radisson, has opened a new property in Himachal Pradesh, India.

Located on the foothills of the Dhauladhar Range, Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala is the second portfolio in the state for the company after Radisson Jass Shimla.

The resort has 120 rooms under various categories such as standard, superior, deluxe, suite and presidential suite.

The three banquet halls, Mid Off, Mid On and Centurion, has capacity of 80 to 100 pax and are suitable for hosting weddings and social functions.

Additionally, the resort offers 24-hour room service and other onsite dining options such as The Edge, which serves a range of local and western dishes.

The All Out – Lounge Bar serves selection of wine and spirits.

Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala is a unit of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association and is managed by Radisson.

The cricket stadium is located 6 km from the property, while the Kangra Airport is also easily accessible.

Recently, the Radisson Hotel Group signed an agreement to bring Radisson Blu property to the Changyuan city in Henan province, China.
