Radisson Hotel Group has signed a 100-room hotel under the Park Inn by Radisson brand in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, set to open in the second quarter of 2028.
The Park Inn by Radisson Chennai ECR property is a collaborative venture with Chanda Hotels and represents the brand’s introduction to Chennai.
The hotel will expand the group’s presence in the state, where it currently operates seven hotels and resorts under various brands.
Chanda Hotels MD J Ramachandran said: “We are honoured to partner with Radisson Hotel Group for introducing Park Inn by Radisson Chennai ECR to Chennai.
“This collaboration combines our local expertise with the group’s global hospitality standards, ensuring a superior experience for all our guests.”
The new hotel will house standard rooms and suites.

By GlobalDataIt will also offer an all-day dining restaurant and bar, as well as more than 4,500ft² of event space, including a banquet hall and two meeting rooms.
Other amenities to be provided at the hotel include a wellness centre, a swimming pool, and basement parking facilities.
Park Inn by Radisson Chennai ECR will be easily accessible from Chennai International Airport, Chennai Central Railway Station, the Chennai Bus Terminal, and Old Mahabalipuram Road.
In India, Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio includes more than 180 hotels in operation and under development.

Last month, the hotel company announced the opening of the 232-room Radisson Hotel Graz in Austria.
