The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, a luxury beachfront resort in the US state of Florida, has reopened for business following the completion of extensive renovation work.

The renovated resort now features Vanderbilt Tower, a 14-floor expansion which features the new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, more than 70 club-level guestrooms, three new dining areas and a new resort lobby.

The new 4,000ft² Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge also offers private spaces for dining and entertainment.

It also has new outdoor spaces, including new cabanas, pools and bungalows.

The renovation project included extensive redesigns of all 474 guestrooms and suites, with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Architect Cooper Carry and Parker Torres Design collaborated to create the interiors, which are meant to retain the honour of the beachfront resort’s heritage and tradition.

At the pool, ten fully enclosed air-conditioned bungalows, each with its own private bath, television, entertainment system and service bar, have been added.

Ten cabanas, each with plush seating, ceiling fans and televisions, will also be added to the pool area.

Furthermore, the 51,000ft² luxury spa at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples is scheduled to reopen in early August.
