The Ritz-Carlton, a Marriott International brand, is set to reopen its property in Naples on 6 July this year, following major renovation and expansion.

Located on Florida’s Gulf Coast in the US, the upgrade work on the beachfront luxury property started in 2021.

The resort features revamped outside spaces, such as new pools, bungalows and cabanas and major redesigns to all 474 guest rooms and suites.

With the addition of over 60 suites, the resort will also offer over 90 multi-room suites to groups and leisure travellers, featuring Royal Suites with three bedrooms and baths for families and extended stays.

The resort will open the Vanderbilt Tower, which will include the new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge along with over 70 club-level rooms, as well as a renovated resort lobby and three new dining experiences. 

Ritz-Carlton Area general manager Mark Ferland said: “We are thrilled to announce our opening date and look forward to welcoming back our ladies and gentlemen soon, as we prepare for our first guests to check in this July at our new resort.

Sofra, a new vegetable-forward restaurant inspired by Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, is one of three new dining experiences accessible to guests. Moka will also provide a wide range of coffees.

A third restaurant concept, to be introduced later this year, will offer a culinary experience to complement the resort’s existing eateries, which include The Grill and Gumbo Limbo.

Furthermore, the property will feature a hot tub, adult pools, a lap pool, ten cabanas near the pool area and a lobby bar inspired by decades of celebrations.
