Rocky’s Boutique Resort, a beachfront property in Samui, Thailand, has transitioned to Hotelogix’s all-in-one, cloud-based hotel property management system (PMS) to optimise its enterprise-level operations.
The resort took this step as part of its digital transformation strategy to enhance guest service capabilities.
Rocky’s Boutique Resort’s management acknowledged the limitations of its previous on-premises solution.
The need for greater flexibility, mobility, scalability, and advanced features to meet contemporary resort operations led to the upgrade to Hotelogix’s cloud-based PMS.
Citing Rocky’s Boutique Resort general manager Junya Waluang, HospitalityNet reported that the transition process supported by Hotelogix included data migration, implementation, third-party integration, and training.
“It has put our end-to-end operations on autopilot mode, improving our efficiency and freeing us to focus on guest service,” Waluang stated.

Additionally, the Mobile Hotel PMS App offered by Hotelogix enables the resort’s staff to access critical data while on the move.
