The Royal River Hotel, part of the Luxury Tenerife Hotels Group, has implemented technology provider Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS platform to improve its food and beverage (F&B) service.

The hotel features a total of 50 villas, four F&B outlets, and a spa, where it has now deployed five workstations and four tablets to boost operational efficiency.

Shiji said that Infrasys Cloud POS was chosen for its scalability, user-friendliness, and ability to blend in smoothly with existing hotel systems.

The vendor further claims that this platform’s real-time data access and customisable features will empower the hotel to optimise operations.
