Luxury hotel group S Hotels & Resorts has deployed technology company Shiji’s WeChat booking engine for its SAii hotel brand.
Powered by Shiji Distribution Solutions, the move aims to enhance guest convenience and accessibility, particularly for the Chinese market.
The company sought a solution that seamlessly integrates with major Chinese social media platforms for its SAii hotel portfolio.
S Hotel & Resorts digital marketing director Thom Dirkse said: “We are thrilled to offer our guests a streamlined booking experience through the WeChat booking engine.
“By leveraging Shiji’s innovative technology, we are not only meeting the evolving needs of our Chinese guests but also staying ahead in the competitive hospitality industry.”
The technology vendor highlighted the user-friendly interface of the WeChat Booking Engine, which is said to simplify the booking process for guests.
