SalesAndCatering.com, a sales and catering systems for hospitality, and Cloudbeds, a hospitality management software platform, have announced a two-way integration.
The integration combines the property management system (PMS) of Cloudbeds with the event management and sales capabilities of SalesAndCatering.com’s STS Cloud, providing a solution to prevent overbookings, optimise room and event inventory, and deliver personalised service
The new integration enables hotel staff to efficiently manage all aspects of group and event bookings. With automatic real-time data syncing with Cloudbeds, room blocks and event contracts can be handled.
Sales managers will be able to create and manage contracts, banquet event orders, and handle special requests from any device, allowing hotel teams to focus on maximising revenue and guest experiences.
The partnership ensures that room block and rate information is shared between systems, promoting accuracy in bookings management.
It also supports efficient event management, with the ability to handle details directly from mobile devices, which is crucial for personalised service.
