India-based hospitality group Sayaji Hotels has unveiled plans to expand its luxury and leisure offerings across the country.
The group’s expansion strategy includes the addition of 12,000 new guest rooms in 113 cities, aiming to meet the rising demand for high-quality hospitality services reported ET.
This growth initiative will see new properties with 8,700 rooms opening in all key regions of the country, including Tier II and Tier III cities, which are projected to contribute significantly to Sayaji’s development.
The expansion will target both urban and leisure markets, providing a combination of business and leisure travel amenities to address the needs of both domestic and international guests.
Sayaji is known for its exceptional food and beverage services, and it intends to integrate these with world-class service standards.
The company’s growth model includes a variety of management contracts, revenue-sharing models, and traditional lease agreements to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to market demands.

With a strong position to capitalise on the growing trend of online bookings, Sayaji anticipates a significant increase in revenue over the coming years.
In June 2023, Sayaji Hotels opened its first property in the Indian state of Rajasthan.
Located 45 minutes away from the airport and 24 minutes from the Udaipur railway station, Enrise by Sayaji, Udaipur features 50 guest rooms that offer city views.
