The Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort in Germany has gone live with an integrated suite of technology solutions from hospitality technology provider Shiji.
Shiji’s Enterprise Platform (PMS), alongside its Infrasys Cloud Point of Sale (POS), Analytics, and Concept solutions, has now been integrated into the resort’s operations.
This implementation aims to enhance the resort’s operational efficiency and guest interactions through a comprehensive approach.
These technologies are expected to work in unison to optimise guest services at every touchpoint within the resort.
Shiji Europe, Africa senior vice-president and general manager Wolfgang Emperger said: “We are delighted to see the Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort embrace the full spectrum of our hospitality technology solutions.
“Shiji Enterprise Platform and Infrasys are designed to work together in order to provide full support for hotels looking to streamline operations to enhance guest interactions through analytics.

By GlobalData“We are excited that the staff at the Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort has adopted a broad range of Shiji products to assist with their digital transformation.”
Located in the heart of the Palatinate Forest in the southern part of the country, Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort is known for its surrounding sceneries and hospitality.
It offers 86 rooms and a range of amenities, including a spa, sports facilities, and 55,000m² gardens.
Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort assistant director Volker Zimmermeier said: “Shiji’s innovative technology allows us to not only improve our back-of-house efficiency but also to truly raise the bar for guests during their stay at the Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort.
“Installation went well, and we felt supported every step of the way. All three products were implemented in only three months and once the systems were up and running, we instantly felt a difference in our day-to-day operations.”
The technology implementation follows Shiji’s recent success at Travel Charme Strandhotel Bansin in Germany, where it deployed Infrasys Cloud POS, improving operational efficiency.
Additionally, last month, TIME Hotels in the United Arab Emirates chose Shiji’s platform to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency across its portfolio.
