The cloud-native enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is designed for the modern hospitality industry and is hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure operations.

With the implementation of IDS Next’s cloud solutions, Social Hotel aims to meet the expectations of Gen Z and millennials, who are its primary audiences.

The FX full-stack solution offers a suite of capabilities that integrate seamlessly across all hotel operations.  

It includes a “user-friendly” mobile interface that provides access to check-in and check-out, reservations, housekeeping, guest services, and point of sale (POS) operations.
